On 23 July, all parties to the collective labour agreement (CLA) confirmed their approval of the negotiated agreement for the 2025–2026 Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities.

This means that the arrangements set out in the negotiated agreement have now been formalised into a definitive CLA. The agreement covers the period from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. The CLA parties aim to incorporate the provisions of the agreement into an updated CLA text by the end of September.
