Ada de Vries

Ada de Vries (b. 1959) is literally the first point of contact at the Universiteiten van Nederland. Ada runs the telephone switchboard and welcomes all visitors as they enter the Universiteiten van Nederland offices. She arranges for the purchase of office supplies and various other requisites, organises catering, and reserves conference rooms and parking spaces. Ada has worked at the Universiteiten van Nederland since 2006.

Prior to joining the Universiteiten van Nederland, she was a receptionist and administrative assistant at the Connexxion public transport company for nearly 25 years. The common thread in her work has been contact with people.
