Anouk Bosman

Anouk Bosman (1985) has been working at Universities of the Netherlands as an HR policy adviser since 2 January 2023. Among other things, she focuses on social security schemes, occupational health and safety and international employees. She also participates in the recognition and reward programme for academics. 
 
Anouk studied Human Resources and Communication Sciences. After completing her studies, she spent 8.5 years working as an editor and editor-in-chief of the trade journal HR Rendement. In this role, she wrote about HR-related legislation and regulations, important case law and HR trends on a daily basis. She then wanted to get to know the HR profession in practice and spent three years working as an HR consultant at the Accreditation Board.
