Nina de Winter

Nina de Winter (1994) has been working at Universities of the Netherlands since mid-January 2023 as a policy adviser in the fields of Education and Governance & Accountability. Her main areas of focus include Binding Study Advice (BSA), Quality Assurance, Flexible Studies & Participation. She is also secretary of the education consultative body Collegiaal Overleg Onderwijs (COO). 
 
Nina studied International Relations at the University of Groningen, where she was a member of the University Council. She then carried out board work at the Dutch National Student Association (ISO). Before joining UNL, she lived in Greece for 4 years where she was the director of the NGO Yoga & Sport with Refugees, an organisation that facilitates sports activities for refugees. She is still associated with this organisation. 
Nina is a fanatical runner and regularly turns up to the office in her running gear.
