Lotte Ophey

Lotte Ophey (1979) is a P&O adviser for the Universiteiten van Nederland office, supporting the office in all affairs and projects related to staff.

 

After having fulfilled several positions in the business world, including at Nokia and KPN, she finally fell for the HR profession and completed the part-time Human Resources programme at The Hague University of Applied Sciences in 2010. Before joining Universiteiten van Nederland, she worked as Senior HR Adviser at Delft University of Technology, among others at the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management, and at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics & Computer Science. In addition to the regular P&O duties, she also worked on several major projects related to the digitisation of HR processes, assessment systems, management development and organisational development.
