Reading material! First Recognition & Rewards magazine published

The first Recognition and Rewards magazine is out now! In this online magazine, through (in-depth) articles and video clips, the ambitions and progress of the Recognition and Rewards programme are highlighted. At the same time, the magazine stimulates to (continue to) engage in dialogue within the institution. This mainly involves sharing good practices, informing about (international) developments, offering personal stories and stimulating mutual discussion.

The magazine includes interviews with Rianne Letschert and Victor Bekkers on career paths. And with Robbert Hoogstraat on the narrative CV. We discuss organising dialogues with Mascha Weijers. And we delve into various good practices. For instance about Performance & Talent Development at Tilburg University, and creating excellent teams at TU Delft.

The online magazine is in English and available to everyone via the Recognition & Rewards website. We would like to invite everyone to read and share the e-magazine. Do certain articles raise questions or give new ideas? Please discuss them with the Recognise & Rewards working group within your institution, or contact the national programme team at erkennenwaarderen@unl.nl.
