Recognition & Rewards Festival | January 22nd, 2020

On January 22nd, the Recognition & Rewards Festival will take place. All participants of the Dutch Recognition & Rewards programme will come together, along with other interested parties. During the festival we take a deep dive into culture change. We discuss the current status of the programme a year after launching our position paper: Room for Everyone’s talent. Furthermore, in the various workshops we focus on specific elements of the programme.

Rianne Letschert and Jeroen Geurts open the day. They will elaborate on the programme in an interview setting. After this kick-off, we continue with a focus on culture change. What is change, what is needed to make change happen and how can we deal with change?

Together with young academics, we talk about the Recognition & Rewards programme with an emphasis on the further development, (good) practices and future perspective.

In the afternoon we continue the festival with various workshops. In two rounds attendees get the opportunity to attend different workshops on specific elements of the programme.

After the workshops, we jointly end the day with an international perspective and a review of the festival.

The Recognition & Rewards Festival will be an online event and the spoken language is English. For your participation in the festival we ask a contribution of € 18, -, to cover the costs of the software we use during the festival. You can subsribe via this page

The festival is organised by the Recognition & Rewards programme, a cooperation of  KNAW, NFU, NLU, NWO, VSNU and ZonMw.
