On Monday 2 September, Dutch universities will be celebrating the official opening to the new academic year. This festive occasion centres around students, staff and the university itself and will feature various lectures. For instance, Minister of Education, Culture and Science Ingrid van Engelshoven will be speaking at Leiden University.
